Elements of the Earth is run by Chinese Medicine Practitioner, acupuncturist and herbalist Tina Camilleri.
Tina has over fifteen years’ experience in complimentary medicine, and is well known for her caring, genuine approach, as well as her ability to educate and inspire others on their path to wellness.

Tina treats a wide range of patients, but her particular areas of interest are chronic pain management, mental health support, anxiety and stress-relief. She works closely with patients dealing with chronic inflammation, including the pain caused by TMJ syndrome and tooth grinding. She also devotes a large part of her clinical hours to helping support her patients with menstruation, pregnancy, perimenopause, the "Second Spring" of menopause, and the wisdom years of the 60s-100s.
As anyone who works with Tina knows, she is also passionate about helping people enjoy the pleasures of healthy eating and the joys of engaging with food on a sensory level. She loves cooking and trying different foods, and for patients in need in inspiration, she can provide recipe support and medicinal food ingredients (including for those who are gluten free or have food allergies).

While much of Tina’s work deals directly with healing the physical body, her emphasis is always on the spirit of healing. She draws on East-Asian medicine’s holistic approach to wellness that aims to treat the root cause of imbalances, not just the symptoms, and she works with her patients in creating a treatment program that works best for them. Her treatments combine acupuncture, high quality herbal medicines and holistic lifestyle counselling with practical advice on how to eat in harmony with the seasons, and how to live a healthier, more well-aligned life.

Alongside her grounding in the traditions of Chinese Medicine Tina draws on the wisdom of Daoism; seasonal and earth-based practices; and on the restorative benefits of Nature.
Tina is a thoughtful, compassionate and sensitive practitioner with a unique and powerful healing style.
